The next raw food feast at Yogaworks Mill Valley is scheduled for August 15th at 12:45pm, and it’s gonna be HOT! We have Bethanne Wanamaker showing us how to make tonic herb superfood smoothies… I’ve had them before, and they are not to be missed! Bethanne is quite the unique alchemist— very refreshing! RSVP asap!!!

Presenting: How to Make Tonic Herb Superfood Smoothies with Bethanne Wanamaker!

Join Bethanne for a special afternoon to learn how to easily make a Tonic Herb Superfood Smoothie! You’ll walk away with an understanding of why consuming Superfoods are critical for achieving the highest level of health and the phenomenal benefits of enjoying liquid nutrition even as a meal. Bethanne will demo how to make the Cacao Party Drink from her upcoming eBook (launch date: August) and you’ll joyously sample her creation! This will be a super fun and enlightening afternoon! Bethanne is a passionate Certified Nutrition Educator and Superfood Herbal Skincare Formulator who is devoted to empowering both men and women to take control of their own health and become responsible and accountable for their actions and results regarding nutrition.

What to Bring:

-A lovingly prepared dish that is 100% raw and vegan and organic to serve 8-10 people. (Nothing cooked, and no animal products please). If you’re really new to this, feel free to ask us for suggestions or just bring some cut up organic fruit, veggies or your favorite vegan salad. You may also bring raw crackers or other raw dishes from Wholefoods, Cafe Gratitude or some other neighborhood store, if you don’t want to prepare anything this time. If you do not bring food, there is a $15 donation, but it’s highly recommended to bring food to share!

-Please list your ingredients on an index card to place next to your dish

-We will have some plates and utensils, however, if you want to join us in being more green, please bring your own plate and utinsils

-Most importantly, bring your beautiful self and be ready to learn, share, and enjoy vibrant, delicious food!
