We’re so excited to announce that AWARD-WINNING raw food Chef, LISA BOOKS-WILLIAMS from Pleasanton will be presenting and serving her amazing ” DIPS” and “CHIPS” for our Meetup group! (Raw Crackers to be Exact)
We’ve personally sampled her food and can say that you will be blown away by her creativity and flavor combinations. You will enjoy her enthusiasm and engaging education and raw food perspective on this evening.
Lisa will teach us her secrets to making raw food easy, quick and fun by showing us how to make at least TWO of her unique delicious DIPS. We will all get the opportunity to learn more about Lisa’s mission and goals with raw food education and taste many of her creations.

-Sunflower Cashini Miso Pate served in a Romaine Lettuce Boat with Sprouts

Lisa’s Bio: Lisa Books-Williams is an award-winning raw food chef and a certified Green Chef instructor through Greenivore. Lisa enjoys promoting the concept of “joyful eating” and has been conducting living foods preparation and vegan cooking classes through her company Holistic Therapeutic Care in the Pleasanton, CA and surrounding areas for the past seven years. Lisa also founded the Tri-Valley Vegetarian Society and hosts monthly potlucks and events. Additionally, Lisa is a nationally Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist and has brought therapeutic vegan cooking classes and
raw/”live” food preparation classes to persons with disabilities in institutionalized care and at-risk youth.
