What to Bring:
-A lovingly prepared dish that is 100% raw and vegan and organic to serve 8-10 people. (Nothing cooked, and no animal products please). If you’re really new to this, feel free to ask us for suggestions or just bring some cut up organic fruit, veggies or your favorite vegan salad. You may also bring raw crackers or other raw dishes from Wholefoods, Cafe Gratitude or some other neighborhood store, if you don’t want to prepare anything this time.
-Please list your ingredients on an index card to place next to your dish
-We will have some plates and utensils, however, if you want to join us in being more green, please bring your own plate and utinsils
-Most importantly, bring your beautiful self and be ready to learn, share, and enjoy vibrant, delicious food!

Raw Desserts with Mikaële Holzer and Jia Patton – coconut pudding and chocolate mousse
Mikaële Holzer, co-founder of Green Your SPIRIT™ and The POP Campaignis a Certified Health Educator from the world renowned Hippocrates Health Institute. She is a living foods lifestyle coach and facilitator of an all organic, live juice and green superfood cleanse. Mikaële has worked with clients from New York to California and travelled the world extensively gathering knowledge and wisdom for optimum health, sustainability and spiritual intelligence.
Jia Patton is a vegan and raw food chef and cooking instructor. She owned her own cooking school for 14 years. She is the author of 4 cookbooks including her most recent, Celebrate Life! and the recipe author of John Robbin’s book, May All Be Fed. In her classes she teaches the importance of using organic, locally grown fruits and vegetables and shows how to incorporate high nutrition foods into your diet. Jia is also a certified Kali Ray TriYoga instructor, helps with the raising of her granddaughter, loves to sew and to tend to her garden.
